Job Description:
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for
a Telecommute Associate Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Taking over the FTP request and setup process
Troubleshooting, performing updates and documenting existing
products
Documenting all procedures for upgrades and troubleshooting
methods
Position Requirements Include:
Working knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating
systems
Experience prioritizing and managing a ticketing system.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably IT) or relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage requests
Good understanding of computer hardware and software skills
