Job Description An internationally recognized jewelry manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Support Representative to work at their office in Torrance, CA, and provide assistance to their Sales Team, accounts & consumers. Direct-Hire with Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Long-Term Disability, 401k, Sick Leave, Paid Holiday, Vacation Pay, and etc.) $20-$21 / hour (Non-Exempt) Requirements of the Sales Support Representative: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required 3 years of related Customer Service / Sales Support experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV or ERP systems is a big plus Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure Excellent follow-through and attention-to-detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative: Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Teams for assigned accounts and regions Processing orders and returns Updating account information in NAV ERP system and provide status updates as needed Act as a liaison with various departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely basis; resolve any issues as necessary Provide troubleshooting steps, product information, warranty coverage, and product specifications Utilize various platforms for cross functional communication between Sales Teams, accounts and direct consumers Gather clear instructions (ie: requested designs & details) for specially customized orders from the company---s accounts Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specialized products Investigate claims received and resolve customer concerns Location: Torrance, CA Employment Type: Direct-Hire Schedule: Monday --- Friday from 7:30 a.m. --- 4:00 p.m. Company Description For over twenty years, TriCom Quest has been a leader in the employment consultant industry, providing staffing services for both employers and job seekers, at virtually every level - from entry to executive.
