Job Description 12- 18 months with experience in food manufacturing We are seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control for Food Manufacture to become an integral part of our team Serious-minded individuals Roles and Responsibilities Knowledge of food safety is preferred Have excellent listening and communication skills Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to organize and prioritize work based on urgency, efficiency, and other factors Food industry experience is valued, but not required Conduct assessments that measure conformity to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients Observe food prep and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices Experience working in a food manufacturing environment; knowledgeable and experienced in general food safety programs and policies - including government regulations, FDA, USDA, AIB, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Program Preferred Supports completion and filing of documentation, including but not limited to ingredient and finished product Compliance to GMP, Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government legislation, including timely communication to appropriate facility management of any non-conformity issues or violations found We are hiring ASAP - This is a temp to hire if you are looking for a good opportunity, please contact us.
