**Description**Humana's Service Fund organization is looking for Senior Provider Installation Professional to join the team working from home anywhere in the US.The Senior Provider Installation Professional administers the installation of assigned provider accounts. Performs set-up, database loading, and preparation of administrative documents and materials. The Senior Provider Installation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.**Responsibilities**The Senior Provider Installation Professional provides support to provider accounts by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree and/or 3+ years of experience working within Humana Service Fund department+ Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)+ Experience utilizing SQL to pull and review data elements+ Excellent oral and written communication skills+ Prior experience in data management, data extraction and data reporting+ Experience managing projects in a deadline driven area+ Extensive knowledge of multiple types of current Procedural Terminology and Healthcare Common Procedure coding systems+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences**Work-At-Home Requirements**+ WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.+ A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information**Preferred Qualifications**+ Current experience within Service Fund+ Progressive experience in Service Fund Contract Load+ Experience with healthcare information technology, actuarial science and/or provider contracting+ Knowledge of Humana's internal policies, procedures and systems**Covid-19 Vaccine Policy**Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
