(Los Angeles, CA) A leading law firm has partnered with LHH who is
seeking a skilled Staff Attorney to join its Real Estate practice
in the Los Angeles office. The group handles a wide range of
commercial real estate matters and is known for delivering
strategic, business-oriented solutions across financing,
transactions, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple
assignments in a busy, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities •
Support financing transactions and purchase/sale matters involving
commercial real estate • Conduct thorough title and survey review •
Assist with drafting and negotiating loan documents and
transactional agreements • Coordinate closings and ensure all
components are completed accurately and on schedule • Draft and
revise related documentation with precision and clarity • Work
closely with attorneys across the practice to support ongoing
matters • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of real estate finance
experience • Strong background in title and survey review • Ability
to contribute quickly with minimal onboarding time • Excellent
writing, drafting, and analytical abilities • Strong organizational
skills and ability to manage several matters simultaneously •
California Bar admission required • Strong interpersonal skills and
ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff Job
Details Pay: $80 - $110/per hour (W2) Position Type: Contract with
potential for permanent conversion Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid -
3 Days Onsite) Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision,
