RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide interpretation services for English and Burmese speakers during meetings, medical appointments, legal proceedings, and other interactions. Ensure clarity and accuracy of interpretation by adhering to industry standards and best practices. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interpretation sessions. Prepare for assignments by researching and familiarizing yourself with relevant terminology specific to the context. Continuously enhance your language skills and subject knowledge to provide the best service to clients. REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in both English and Burmese, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Solid understanding of cultural context and nuances to facilitate effective communication. Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure.
