A company is looking for an Associate Attorney with experience
in medical malpractice or insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload involving medical malpractice or general
insurance defense litigation
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in
California
2-3 years of experience with medical malpractice or insurance
defense cases
Experience in healthcare or insurance defense is highly
desirable
