Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Corporate Counsel to join its
in-house legal team and support various legal and business
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements related to the fintech
and software industry
Identify legal risks and provide proactive legal advice to business
teams
Conduct legal research and assist with compliance and corporate
governance matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school;
licensed in at least one US state
1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a
law firm
Foundational experience in reviewing and drafting contracts
Basic understanding of legal and regulatory concepts related to
commercial transactions
Experience or interest in fintech, SaaS products, and the health &
fitness industry is preferred
