LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced family law attorney for a contract job opportunity in Los Angeles, CA.Duties Include:

• Reviewing joinder documents and court orders, and responding to subpoenas. -
• Providing advice regarding probate related matters including but not limited to powers of attorney, conservatorships, and Letters of Administration/Testamentary. -
• Perform legal research under California Family Law
• Advise on the application of community property law and applicable retirement laws (CERL and PEPRA) with respect to the division of benefits, review joinders, pleadings, and judgments of dissolution to determine their compliance with retirement lawQualifications:
  • must be licensed and in good standing in CA
  • 3+ years of family law experience required; must have experience with QDROs
  • Excellent oral advocacy and strong written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
