Must have 3+ years of experience in probate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation. As a Senior Associate Attorney at The Legacy Lawyers, P.C., you will lead a team of 4-5 Associate Attorneys, manage your own caseload and meet with prospective clients. Eligible candidates will have 3+ years of estate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation experience. They should possess exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. They will develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining their legal options, providing legal advice and representing them in court and mediation. They will also meet with prospective clients, collaborate with team members, and perform other duties to achieve the Firm's mission. The Legacy Lawyers, P.C. is one of the leading and respected probate law firms in southern California. We currently have offices in Torrance, Fountain Valley and Laguna Hills. Since 1998 we have served thousands of people involved in probate, and estate, trust and conservatorship planning, administration and litigation matters.
