Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to
support dental practices through onboarding and technical
implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Support technical setup processes, including Practice Management
Software integrations
Onboard new customers by guiding them through the implementation
journey tailored to their unique needs
Design and lead virtual training sessions for dental teams to
enhance knowledge retention and patient journey
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in
SaaS onboarding or customer success
Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred
Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Windows
Server Editions
Experience in technical support or IT helpdesk environments is a
plus
Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Sheets or
Excel
