Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Team Representative to provide
technical support and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support via various
communication channels
Develop and maintain support resources, including manuals and
knowledge base articles
Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve software
issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Software
Support role
Experience with academic work habits and requirements preferred
Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR
preferred
Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
