Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Digital Curriculum Developer
to design and enhance digital learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex digital projects while
collaborating with leaders to streamline processes
Serve as a subject matter expert for digital content developers,
offering guidance on learning objectives and project management
Evaluate learning effectiveness through analysis of key performance
indicators and provide actionable insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or
equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in designing online curriculums in adult
learning settings
Strong multimedia development experience preferred
Experience with Articulate 360 and other digital design tools
Basic coding knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
