Job Description:
A company is looking for a HCM/HR Systems Scrum Master
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile
principles
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and
translate them into actionable tasks
Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
of project milestones
Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Coach in an HR systems
environment
Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM or other HCM SaaS
solutions
Skilled in engaging with business partners and leading technical
discussions
Knowledge of the Human Resources and Payroll domain is desired
Familiarity with various SaaS and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS)
solutions in the HR/Payroll space
