Job Description:
A company is looking for an eLearning Developer responsible for
designing and developing digital training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement instructional materials and courses
aligned with company objectives
Utilize eLearning authoring tools to create interactive training
modules
Analyze training data and learner feedback to refine instructional
materials
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning
development, or training development
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital
content management
Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate
Storyline or Adobe Captivate
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Understanding of instructional design models and adult learning
theories
