A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to support the
growth of a healthcare platform by sourcing and hiring
physicians.
Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and recruit qualified physician candidates across
various specialties
Create compelling job postings and manage listings across multiple
platforms
Drive full-cycle recruitment from outreach to offer, ensuring a
high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of experience in physician or APP recruitment; radiology
recruitment is a plus
Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional
networks
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and senior
leadership
Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced
environment
