CAM Property Services is a dynamic, growing company seeking a dynamic Human Resources manager to develop and refine our HR policies, procedures and systems, oversee and apply company policy in accord with state and federal laws, and oversee employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, and conflict resolution.Objectives of the Role

• Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving existing HR systems and processes
• Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
• Lead recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state HR requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
• Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and moraleDaily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans (talent acquisition)
  • Plan, monitor, and schedule developmental conversations with employees, hear and resolve employee grievances, train managers to coach and discipline employees, and counsel employees and supervisors
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees in relation to their role
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers (legal, insurance, etc) fostering trust and promoting collaboration
  • Handle confidential matters with discretionSkills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years in human resources with progressive advancement
    • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
    • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
    • Familiarity with HR software (IPS Online, a plus) and MS OfficePreferred Qualifications
      • Bilingual (Spanish)

        • New Hire Bonus up to $5,000.00 payable after 120th day of employment
        • Base salary: $85,000 to $95,500 (negotiable)
