Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members. Provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the physician.Shifts Available

• Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pmExpected starting wage range is $33.53 - $41.39We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight ShiftTelecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
  • Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
  • Current CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience. Completion of Telecare assigned Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment

Services will be provided for a maximum of 30 residential beds, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (24/7). The 30 beds can be used for male and female clients interchangeably. A maximum of 20 beds are specific for IST consumers identified by Superior Court, Riverside Sheriff's Office (RSO), or Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH) teams.
