Job Description:
A company is looking for a 3rd shift IT Manager to support the
Boeing Global Services business organization in a virtual
position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the 3rd shift support
team
Coach and mentor support staff while identifying areas for
technology improvement
Ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
across support teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a support organization
2+ years of experience collaborating with software development
teams
1+ year of experience working 3rd shift
Leadership experience preferred
Project management experience is a plus
