Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Compensation:$50,000 salary for the ideal candidate. Offers may vary according to education, ability, and experience. -

    The Job: The Customer Service Specialist is a results-driven individual who is responsible for the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Specialist will work closely with the COO to leverage his/her experience and judgment in advocating for the customer and maximizing satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. -

      Responsibilities:
      • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company's internal systems, processes, and products. -
      • Customer inquiries by phone and email. All communications are time-sensitive and must be processed with urgency.
      • Order management. Troubleshoot order issues such as out of stock orders, undeliverable shipping addresses, etc. -
      • Conflict resolution. Assist customers with issues such as shipping damages, missed delivery appointments, lost packages, service failures, or product defects. Problem solve and offer solutions. -
      • Resolve escalated service issues for customers, including chargeback resolution.
      • Monitor account health on partner sites (e.g. late shipment metrics, chargeback claims, or negative feedback)
      • Provide feedback to the management team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
      • Continually evaluate company policies to provide consistently exceptional service to our customers.
      • Some sales. Answer product questions and take orders. -
      • Other duties and tasks as assigned.
        Requirements:
        • Bachelor's degree or higher
        • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
        • Minimum 1 year experience in E-commerce
        • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
        • Strong interpersonal skills
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
        • Experience in LTL or freight shipping a plus. -
