*Position Overview*

The *Process Improvement Coordinator *will function as a coordinator of franchise programs and assist in the execution of those programs. This position requires attention to detail, critical thinking, vision, and creativity in carrying out duties. Responsibilities will include daily activities, short-term, and long-term projects pertaining to client and franchisee matters. This position also requires close communication with the Division Managers and cooperation with various department personnel to ensure matters are completed accurately and on time.

*Key Responsibilities & Duties*

_Primary Job Functions (85%)_

1. Coordinate the prompt and accurate implementation of new products, promotions, and concept roll out.

* Communicate with the Field Operation Dept. to explain the details of new products, promotions, and concept and support them to prepare for execution.
* Order necessary supplies from the distribution team based on requests from the Field Operation Department. Create and update store masters.
* Forecast the quantity of ingredients and containers needed for new products and promotions. Communicate with the distribution team to calculate the time required to prepare food ingredients and supplies for new products and promotions.

_Other Job Functions (15%)_

*Qualifications & Skills*

* Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
* Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
* Ability to work independently.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
