Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Home Health | Los Angeles
County, CA Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with 2 years of
high-volume HH experience and prior Home Health travel experience
(required). Must have recent OASIS experience and complete an OASIS
exam prior to interview. Details: - 5–6 patients per day
(Adults/Geriatrics) - Skills: wound care, PICC dressing changes, IV
therapy, medication management, chronic disease care - Territory:
LA County (5–20 miles) - 8-hour shifts starting 08:00 - Weekend
rotation & on call required - BLS required | Flu vaccine mandatory
Strong assessment and OASIS documentation skills required. About
