LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Torrance, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Home Health Seeking a Home Health RN with 2 years of recent home health experience and high-volume patient caseload management. This is an hourly-pay model requiring 8-hour shifts starting at 0800 unless otherwise approved. Travel experience in home health is required (no first-time travelers). Requirements: BLS certification, active RN license, and flu vaccination (no exemptions). OASIS documentation experience is mandatory; candidates may be required to pass an OASIS assessment. Responsibilities: Manage 5–6 adult/geriatric patients per day, perform admission/start-of-care visits, wound care, PICC dressing changes, IV therapy, medication management, pain assessment, and chronic disease monitoring (HF, diabetes, anticoagulation). Must be comfortable with mobility assessments, phlebotomy/IV care, respiratory treatments, and clinical documentation using OASIS. Coverage includes LA County (5–20 mile radius) with weekend and on-call rotation required. Mileage is reimbursed per IRS guidelines.
