Summary – RN Case Manager Facility: Providence Saint John's Health
Center Location: 2121 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90404
Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 5×8 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Requirements - Experience: - 2 years acute care inpatient Case
Manager experience - Must include Care Coordination & Admission
Reviews - Experience must be within the last 6 months
(non-negotiable) - Seasoned traveler required - Systems: - Epic
(Required) - InterQual proficiency (Hard stop requirement) -
Licensure: - Active CA RN license (pending accepted) -
Certifications: - As required; preferred items noted in full list -
Unit Details: - Patient ratio: 1:20 (case load 20–22 patients
daily) - Weekends: 2 shifts per 4-week schedule - Work setting:
Acute Hospital – Case Management/Utilization Review - Must be
comfortable with: - Discharge planning - Prior authorizations -
Care coordination - Understanding HMOs/IPAs - Utilizing InterQual
