(CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating
Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a skilled registered nurse with expertise in operating room
technology to support surgical teams in a fast-paced,
patient-focused environment. This contract role requires precision,
attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety
throughout surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist
surgical teams by preparing and organizing the operating room and
equipment. Support surgeons during procedures by anticipating their
needs and managing surgical instruments. Maintain sterile
conditions to ensure infection control standards. Monitor patients'
status and communicate any concerns promptly. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional perioperative care.
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience and
proficiency in operating room technology and surgical nursing.
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical
instrumentation. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a
dynamic surgical setting. Excellent communication and teamwork
