Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric care and feeding
difficulties License: California Occupational Therapy License
required Certifications: BLS, NBCOT Must-Have: Experience in the
clinical care of pediatric patients with feeding and eating
difficulties. Broad experience with assessment and treatment of
pediatric patients with sensory and mild oral motor feeding
difficulties. Experience in outpatient pediatric settings and
techniques related to feeding and sensory diet programs.
Familiarity with autism-specific interventions. Description: This
position is for an occupational therapist specializing in pediatric
care. The ideal candidate will have experience in addressing
feeding and eating difficulties in children. Candidates must
demonstrate broad experience in assessing and treating patients
with sensory and mild oral motor challenges. The work schedule
consists of four 10-hour shifts, with weekends off. Candidates may
adjust hours to attend monthly team meetings if desired. Experience
in outpatient pediatric settings is essential. Skills in developing
sensory diet programs and implementing feeding techniques are
required. Valid California Occupational Therapy License and current
certifications in BLS and NBCOT are mandatory. Children's hospital
