Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse – California Start Date:
February 16, 2026 Location: Santa Monica, California Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through
Friday with call coverage including weekends. Call cycle includes 2
primary weekday calls (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM) and 2 secondary weekday
calls (10:30 PM - 6:00 AM) in a 6-week rotation. Weekend call
includes 2 primary 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM -
6:00 AM) and 2 secondary 12-hour shifts, scheduled on Saturday or
Sunday. Every other weekend required. Highlights: Work at a 266-bed
beachside acute care hospital with Epic charting system 1:1 patient
ratio providing focused, high-quality care Comprehensive
orientation with 40 hours of structured onboarding No floating
required between units – dedicated to Interventional Radiology
First-time travelers welcomed with minimum 1 year of experience
Collaborative interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
Requirements: Active California RN license in hand at time of
submission ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of
nursing experience Epic charting system experience required LA
County Fire Life Safety card obtained within the last 30 days
Experience with interventional radiology procedures including
pre/post procedure care, central line placement, dialysis graft
interventions, endovascular procedures, and procedural sedation
monitoring Skills in starting and maintaining IVs, dysrhythmia
interpretation, sheath removal/monitoring, and radiation safety 2
supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Why
