Job Description Join CAREonsite as a Physical Therapist (PT) – Make a Real Impact in Occupational Health! CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with strong clinical expertise and exceptional communication skills to join our team in Torrance, CA . As a CAREonsite Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily lives—whether recovering from work-related injuries or post-surgical conditions. You’ll develop customized treatment plans and deliver high-quality, hands-on care in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Schedule & Pay: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $95,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) What You’ll Do: Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments due to workplace injuries, post-surgical recovery, and other disabling conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient history. Administer and supervise therapies including exercises, modalities, gait training, hydrotherapy, ergonomic assessments, and functional capacity evaluations. Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of supports and equipment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and follow all reporting and billing protocols. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and applicable regulations to deliver safe, high-quality care. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, employers, and internal staff. Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure coordinated, comprehensive treatment. Support clinic operations through training programs, staff development, and requisitioning supplies. Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism. What We’re Looking For: Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program. Current licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist in the state of California. BLS (CPR/AED) certification required; ACLS preferred. Solid understanding of occupational medicine, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. Detail-oriented, empathetic, and motivated. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Location-Specific Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in the state of California . Experience with occupational or industrial medicine is strongly preferred.
