Description Providence is calling for applications for our February 2026 RN Nursing Float Fellowship . An RN Fellow at Providence Little Company of Mary, Torrance will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited nursing program. - California Registered Nurse License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. - 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty). The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
