Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Details - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Specialty: Home Health - Facility: Torrance Memorial Medical Center - Unit: 72900 – Home Health - Location: 3330 Lomita Blvd, Torrance, CA 90505 - Start Date: 01/20/2026 - Contract Duration: 13 weeks - Positions Available: 2 - Shift: Days – 5×8-hour shifts - Shift Hours: 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (2 weekend shifts per contract) - On-Call: Yes - Territory Covered: LA County (5–20 mile radius) - Local Candidates: Accepted (50-mile radius rule) - Travel Experience: Required (Home Health Travel only) Important: This is an hourly-based home health role (NOT per-visit). Travelers must start on time at 08:00 AM and complete the full 8-hour shift unless otherwise approved by management. Requirements: - License: - Active California RN license (must be in hand at submission) - Experience: - Minimum 2 years Home Health RN experience REQUIRED - Home Health Travel experience REQUIRED (general travel experience not accepted) - Experience managing high-volume caseloads - Certifications: - BLS – Required - Charting & Skills: - Recent OASIS experience REQUIRED (OASIS exam required prior to interview – review OASIS E11, G/GG sections & M18) - MatrixCare EMR preferred - Strong wound care skills (required) - PICC line dressing changes (required) - Clinical Skills (Required/Preferred): - Wound care & pressure ulcer management - Medication administration & IV therapy - Blood glucose management - Catheter care (urinary; suprapubic preferred) - Feeding tube and ostomy care (preferred) K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
