Job Description Providence Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology physician in Torrance, California. Our team of experienced physicians, NPs, licensed nurses, and MAs provides exceptional care to a diverse patient community in a collegial and highly supportive environment. Join an innovative, cohesive and high performing group with great work/life balance while living in a beautiful Mediterranean climate. - Full-time position with inpatient and ambulatory clinical responsibilities - All inpatient work occurs at Providence-Little Company of Mary Medical Center - Deliveries average 60-80 per month - Outpatient visit volume on average 16-20 patients per day - Call coverage is 2-4 weekdays per month and on average 6-8 weekends per year. No office clinical responsibilities on weekday call days. - New graduates are welcome to apply - Full benefits package offered - Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) - Compensation is between $325,000 and $385,000 per year - The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
