Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational direction for behavioral health
initiatives across the health plan
Oversee the development and optimization of behavioral health
programs and strategies
Serve as the subject matter expert on behavioral health, advising
on clinical guidelines and best practices
Required Qualifications
PhD in Psychology or Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or
Doctor of Nursing Practice required
5+ years of direct care clinical experience required
5+ years of managed care experience preferred
2+ years of experience in leading behavioral health program
development required
Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, APRN-BC, or NP required upon hire
