  • 2-year recent (within the last 3 years) Patient Safety & Risk experienceLicense/ Certification
    • CA RN License required.
    • BLS (AHA)
    • Minimum two (2) years of pediatric inpatient experience with direct involvement with clinical performance improvement.Preferred
      • Five (5) or more years of clinical pediatric experience with leadership in clinical performance improvement and/or education, and/or clinical risk management.
      • Experience with facilitating a root cause analysis.
      • Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM)
