Job Description:

Part-Time: Physician, Group Medical Visit Facilitator

Required Skills & Qualifications:

--- California Medical License, MD or DO.

--- DEA Certificate, CPR and Board Certification.

--- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

--- Good verbal and written communication skills.

--- Strong problem-solving skills.

--- Ability to work as a member of a team.

--- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

--- Available to work dependable, flexible shift.

Description of Duties:

--- Supervises residents, mid-levels, students, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.

--- Group Medical Visit: Facilitation, curriculum development, training, and operational integration.

--- Population Health Equity Physician.

--- Helps develop the model of care for GMV.

--- Teaches and instructs faculty, residents, and staff in GMV operations and function.

--- Supervises and runs the GMV program with residents and staff.

--- Examines, diagnoses, treats and/or refers patients assigned to physician's panel.

--- Keeps and maintains appropriate and accurate records and patient charts.

--- Other duties may be assigned.

Salary Range: $100-125 per hour
