The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles County is searching for a BE/BC hand fellowship-trained surgeon to join our full-time/employed faculty. The ideal candidate must have completed or be eligible to complete the Certificate in Added Qualification for Hand/Surgery of the Hand. In addition to providing reconstructive and musculoskeletal care to our patient population, the candidate is expected to have microvascular expertise to assist in extremity coverage and revascularization procedures. No replant coverage is expected. Hand call is shared 1:3. Teaching and supervision of residents/medical students is a priority, and there is opportunity for exposure to brachial plexus and peripheral nerve surgery, elbow surgery, and scholarly/academic activity. Both orthopedic and plastic surgery trained candidates are encouraged to apply. -
