An LVN/LPN or Registered Nurse with ROP works as a staff member
of the Medial Department for the Student Services Team and is
primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activity of the
medical department, ensuring adherence to the healthcare
guidelines, and implementing safety standards for the youth.
*Rate of pay will be based on level of credentials*

needs, delegate medical services for students to other licensed
staff, and assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers
on-site and /or telehealth.

$3000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time ($1500.00 at 3-months and
$1500.00 at 6-months)

To be considered, you should:
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a bachelor's degree
Registered Nurse License from the State of California or possess a
current Licensed Practical Nursing Credential from the state in
Two years of previous medical administration, including
demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive
health service programs.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical,
and TB test.
What you will do:
Provide for the general health care of students and staff within
the scope of the license. Checks standard vitals and conducts
head-to-toe student assessments on a weekly basis. -Administers
medications as needed and ensures medication standards abide by all
county and licensing requirements. Schedules medical-related
appointments and follow-ups with physician services. Ensures that
students' medical needs are being met by meeting with them
weekly/bi-weekly. Coordinates students for psychiatric review and
executes psychiatric orders as prescribed. Coordinates with the
psychiatrist when laboratory tests are needed for the students and
follow up with the psychiatrist on the lab results to develop the
best treatment for the students.
