Job Description:
A major healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote
Healthcare Insurance Senior Claims Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with escalated claims to resolve complex issues for team
members and internal customers
Analyzing and identifying trends and provides reports as
necessary
Supporting implementation of updates to the current procedures and
assist with new system training/mentoring
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in a related environment
1+ years of claims knowledge
Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system
applications
