A company is looking for a Director of People Department -
Organizational Effectiveness & Culture Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the launch and sustainability plan for the Welbe Way
program
Design and implement training and tools to embed a service mindset
and high-performing team behaviors
Collaborate with teams to create programs that enhance
organizational culture and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
SHRM certification preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in organization effectiveness
or related field
Proven ability to design and implement culture or learning
initiatives
Experience working with senior executives and managing data-driven
projects
