Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits to
oversee the development and management of global benefits
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a global benefits strategy aligned with company
goals and employee needs
Manage annual benefits renewals, program enhancements, and vendor
transitions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage the global benefits
budget for cost optimization
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of international benefits experience with
multi-national companies
Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience, or
equivalent education and experience
Experience with HRIS/Benefits Systems
Strong analytical skills in benefits management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
