Key Responsibilities:
Develop and mentor a team of QA Engineers, fostering professional
growth
Embed quality throughout the software development life cycle by
collaborating with stakeholders
Develop and maintain automated test scripts while performing
hands-on testing to identify critical bugs
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing direct reports
5+ years of experience in a full stack Scrum/Agile team
3+ years working with automation tools for UI and API testing
Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams in a
fast-paced software development environment
