A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of software for new and existing
customers
Oversee data migrations, conversions, and product deployments
Guide customers through onboarding, training, and best
practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or
onboarding of Cloud-based or SaaS software products
Experience in documenting and promoting best practices for software
adoption
Basic knowledge of databases, reporting, analytics, or business
intelligence
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
platforms
Strong sense of accountability and focus on delivering measurable
results
