A company is looking for a Vice President, Solutions
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and scale the Sales Engineering organization to
align with business needs
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and execute the sales
engineering strategy
Drive technical sales activities, including product demonstrations
and proof-of-concept support
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of leading sales engineering teams in
observability or cloud monitoring
Extensive experience in selling complex technical solutions to
enterprise customers
In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure, observability, and
APM technologies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience with building and scaling high-performing sales
engineering teams
