Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Pre-Award in the
Office of Sponsored Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and personnel matters for the
Pre-Award sub-department
Coordinate training for new employees and provide ongoing
development for staff
Oversee proposal preparation, budget development, and compliance
with sponsor guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of three years of experience in Electronic Research
Administration
Expert knowledge of 2 CFR 200
Experience in staff supervision and training/development
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be
considered
