Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Governance and Entity
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and
executive summaries for Board and Committee meetings
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare agendas and materials for
Board and Committee meetings
Manage the company's legal entities and support governance and
legal entity setup for international business needs
Required Qualifications
Experience in corporate governance and subsidiary management
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
Familiarity with electronic board management software and Google
Docs/Sheets
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SEC and regulatory filings is a plus
