A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering Excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight of the Program Development Portfolio, focusing on development agility and continuous improvement
Develop and execute a global strategy to enhance engineering design effectiveness through robust standards and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while managing performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in a global company known for innovation and engineering excellence
15+ years of experience in advanced technology, engineering, and product management functions
Demonstrated ability to drive significant process improvements across global engineering functions
Technical degree, Ph.D. or Master's degree in Engineering, with business education preferred (MBA)
Experience in building alliances with academic institutions and external partners to enhance technological capabilities
