DescriptionAssistant Nurse Manager - Medsurg Tele Neuro at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance Hospital in Torrance, CA. This is a full-time position that work 8-hour shifts.The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the nurse manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. In collaboration with the nurse manager, assumes 24/7 responsibility for the management and staffing of the unit. The ANM manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate. The scope of responsibility spans all aspects of nursing care.
