No matter your role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference.SUMMARYThe Associate Retail Manager will partner with the Event & Retail Manager to grow the Los Angeles market retail footprint, primarily through the development and management of local retail partnerships. Another major component of the role will be recruiting, hiring, and training marketing representatives, as well as staffing and scheduling.This is a great opportunity to work with a world-class organization full of difference-makers, united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners, colleagues, families, and communities.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOversees development and participation in retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.Negotiates contracts with retail partners and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment.Manages the department calendar.Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training; will also provide in-field coaching.Leads classroom training to teach new staff RbA methodology and processes.Provides guidance, training, and work direction to retail marketing reps.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent skills and abilities.1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinking skills, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.Strong leadership skillsAbility to drive personal vehicle and must have valid state motor vehicle operator's license.SALARY INFORMATION:This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn a base pay of $64,481-$71,623 + commission.
