E. Sallis, MDPosition Overview:As the Ecommerce Manager, you will
play a pivotal role in driving the success of a rapidly expanding
massage chair manufacturer brand. Your primary focus will be on
crafting and executing omni-channel digital marketing strategies.
Your responsibilities will encompass formulating cross-channel
regional marketing plans, executing these strategies, and
evaluating their performance. You will also be responsible for
nurturing and expanding relationships with affiliates and direct
sales channels. Additionally, your role will involve continuously
exploring creative avenues to extend the brand's reach and engage
with new customers and distribution
channels.Responsibilities:Manage Direct Sales Websites - Manage and
drive sales through syncamassagechair.com - Manage and drive sales
through a new brand site that's under developmentCreate Digital
Marketing Plans - Establish promotions around key retail dates -
Report on new marketing initiatives - Research new marketing
channels to drive the best ROI for the channel - Drive regional and
national search strategy for brands and local retailersOversee and
implement Google Adwords and Bing keyword strategies - Manage day
to day operations of multiple business keyword sets - Communicate
with Google on new opportunities and efficiencies - Drive
optimization through the accounts to gain the best ROIBuild
competitive and market analysis reports - Analyze and present
findings for key markets around retail stores - Determine
competitive set and areas of opportunity - Build campaigns to drive
customer trial - Monitor and present changes in individual markets
- Maintain a regular report cadence with the HQ and executive team
- Provide helpful insights for the team to make strategic
decisionsDevelop and manage Paid social media strategy - Assist
with the management of other internet accounts, including Amazon -
Assist with day-to-day tasks to manage multiple partner selling
accounts - Properly utilize Amazon as a marketing channel and sales
opportunity - Build Amazon marketing campaigns to drive ROI in the
channelBuild digital marketing campaigns to drive the best
engagement - Suggest strategies to capture new leads and drive
sales - Assist with landing page development and build out of html
templates - Formulate marketing strategies that take the customer
through multiple touch points to conversion.Grow Affiliate
marketing channel - Continue to expand current relationships and
expand the Synca brand reach to new audiences in addition to a new
brand.Forecasting and budget planning - Create and provide helpful
insights to improve online product forecasting accuracyBuild and
Manage reviews - Manage the reviews process to better facilitate
user feedback into product design and customer service improvements
- Respond to reviews for customers in a timely manner. Reducing
cancelations and improving the online profileThird party account
management - Assist with and grow third party accounts such as:
Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, PurchasingPower.com, Bestbuy.ca, Home
Depot.com, Bestbuy.com - Find new accounts to help grow product
sales for the Synca and newly formed brand. - Present opportunities
for marketing an account growthMarginal Job Functions: - Other
projects as needed.RequirementsEducation: - Bachelor's degree
(BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or related field - Certified
professional with Google AdWords and Bing AdsExperience: -
Experience with 3rd party management tools, preferably DoubleClick
Search, Marin Software, or Kenshoo - Proficient in Microsoft Excel
used specifically for trend analysis, pivot tables, vlookups, and
large data analysis - Minimum 3+ years of paid search experience,
with in-depth knowledge of multiple search engines - Experience
with location and retail store specific tactics - Experience with
the Google Display Network or other self-serve display management
platforms - Experience with building full funnel marketing plans
(Ads, Landing Pages, Conversion tactics) - Experience with JIRA
project management tools - Prior experience marketing and selling
high price point goods through digital channels - Experience
working with Agile teams - Experience with Click Dimensions or
Microsoft CRMOther Requirements: - Occasional travel
