Description $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Manager- Home Health RN- Providence Little Company of Mary- Home Health- Torrance, CA Schedule: Monday- Friday with admin on call rotations. Provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel. Oversight must include the following: ---Making patient and personnel assignments. ---Coordinating patient care. ---Coordinating referrals. ---Assuring that patient needs are continually assessed. ---Assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care. Coordination of appropriate patient assignments in the following age groups: infants up to 1 month of age, and adults 18 years and older. Coordination of lab results to all physicians. Review of required documentation, facilitates interaction between field staff, office staff, the home care patients, and their physicians.     • upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
    • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
    • 1 year Home Care experience. Preferred qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a respective clinical specialty.

About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
