Job Description - Asst Manager, Insurance Services (HFC0005D1) Asst Manager, Insurance Services ( Job Number: HFC0005D1 ) American Honda Finance American Honda Finance Corporation (dba Honda Financial Services and Acura Financial Services), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Honda Motor Co., Inc., helps to satisfy the financing needs of consumers of Honda and Acura vehicles, Honda and Acura accessories, as well as Honda motorcycles, power equipment, and marine products. AHFC offers financing in the form of both retail installment sales contracts and leases, depending on the product and the needs of the customer. About this Position: The Insurance Services Assistant Manager works with the department manager on the development and implementation of the newly created Honda Insurance Services. They are responsible for managing the insurance department associates, executing our strategic plans, driving business growth and ensuring Honda quality customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Implement strategic direction and roadmap to achieve business targets for the Honda insurance business
• Maintain insurance partner relationships
• Manage research and analysis to understand insurance industry trends and competitive landscape
• Manage and develop department associates
• Contribute to the Insurance Department and AHFC Who are we seeking:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management or related degrees
  • 7 years work experience, with expertise in insurance, financial services and/or automotive manufacturer
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Able to clearly communicate with all organizational levels; influences to desired outcome in multiple formats: presentation, writing and facilitation
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams through establishing clear sense of purpose and direction and gaining commitment from team members
  • Understands internal and external customer needs; advocates for improved customer experiencesOther Job Specific Skills:
